Covid-19 Safety

1. If you or your child show signs or symptoms of being sick, you will be asked to come back another time.

2. Temporarily we cannot accept walk ins for open play. You must purchase play vouchers online so we can limit the amount of people per play session. See below paragraph for more play session information.

3. Floor stickers at front desk to encourage 6ft apart suggestion. Social distancing is recommended.

4. No more than two adults per family. This leaves more space for players.

5. We have purchased a large ball pit cleaning machine so we can clean our ball pit in between play sessions. We will continue using disinfecting spray and wipes in between in play session and in between parties.

6. We will space our snack tables 6 feet apart. 

7. Bathrooms and cafe area will be cleaned in between usages. Door knobs, hand rail leading up/down steps, and other frequently touched surfaces will be wiped during and in between play sessions.

*Open Play- Temporarily we will not be accepting walk ins. To control the volume of people in at a time so we can abide by social distancing guidelines,  please purchase your day and time slot through our website. You must pay in advance online to play.

When you arrive, check in at the front desk at your designated time. Please bring your own masks when visiting. We will not be able to allow you to stay for your play session if you exhibit any signs or symptoms of a cold, please stay home if you are sick. 

Thank you for being patient with these new guidelines while we get some normalcy back. We will continue to monitor the CDC suggestions as they are always changing. Your safety is our priority.
